Property Cow reserves the right to change it's terms and conditions at any time.
The Property Cow is a subscription membership site that supplies education, mentoring and support to property investors in the UK. Membership is charged monthly.
The comments and views of all the faculty members are presented based on the faculty member's knowledge and experience. All the views and presentations are for guidance only - they do not constitute legal financial advice. Property Cow faculty members in general are not approved financial advisors.
Property Cow suggests that members consult with qualified professionals - however Property Cow highlights caution in the choice of said professionals. Property Cow advises it's members to select advisors that understand the processes and systems discussed within this community. Property Cow will endevor to provide a directory of qualified advisors. Property Cow will also highlight how to interview and question professionals to select the appropriate advisors.

Members agree that their contact details maybe shared with other members and faculty members, for the purpose of developing content within the Property Cow.
The contents, audios, videos and design of the website, and the members list are the ownership of Property Cow. Any download options are for the sole use of the member only - whilst the member continues to subscribe. When the membership lapses, the member is required to delete all of the content downloaded from Property Cow.
Property Cow is gratefull and acknowledges all the hardwork and copyrights of the Drupal and Linux community and offers its deep gratitude.
Members pay monthly and may cancel at any time. No refunds are provided. A schedule of charges is listed below.
Access to the community is subject to continued paid subscription.
Property Cow may supply websites to members from time to time. These websites are not owned by the members, they are leased to them, subject to continued paid membership. If the member ceases their paid subscription, Property Cow may reallocate thise site to another member or transfer the site to anyone at Property Cow's discretion. The member is entitled to request and negotiate the buying or leasing of the website, however the terms are strictly at Property Cows discretion.
Property Cow runs an affilate program. The terms and conditions of that affiliate program are subject to change at any time with 28 days notice. An affiliate commission is paid to members only. If the member ceases their membership, then the commission payments will cease. However Property Cow reserves the right to review this condition on a case by case basis.
The site www.propertycow.co.uk is a Joint Venture between John Lee and Dr David Kyte. All the other faculty members are super affiliates. Their terms and conditions are highlighted in a seperate document.
All billing will currently be via Dr David Kyte's consultancy business - DB Networks Ltd, a UK limited company.
